Who I am

This site is run by Cartier Reiss, trading as Carta Visuals, based in the UK. I’m the data controller for anything you send through it.

What I collect

Mockup request: your website address, your email, and the cost plan estimate if you built one.

Contact form: your name, firm, sector, what you need, when you need it, your email and any message you add.

Nothing else is collected through the forms. I don’t buy or receive data about you from anyone else.

Why I use it

To make your mockup, reply to you and talk about a possible project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

I won’t add you to a mailing list or send marketing unless you ask me to.

Where it’s kept and who sees it

Form submissions are handled by Framer (which hosts this site) and delivered to my email through Google Workspace. These companies process the data for me under their own data protection terms.

I don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, I keep project and invoice records for six years, as UK tax rules require.

Site analytics

The site uses Framer’s built in analytics, which count visits without cookies and without identifying you. See the cookie policy for the small things the site remembers on your device.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how I use it. Email cartier@cartavisuals.com and I’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
