About these terms

These terms cover your use of this site, run by Cartier Reiss, trading as Carta Visuals. A project we agree to work on together has its own written agreement.

The free mockup

A mockup is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything.

It’s for you to look at and decide whether to work with me. The design stays mine until we agree a project, so please don’t build from it with someone else.

I may decline a request, for example if it’s outside fit out and interiors, or if my mockup slots for the week are full.

Prices and estimates

Prices and the cost plan on this site are estimates, not quotes. Your price is confirmed in writing after your mockup, before any work starts.

The concept build

Mullion and YOUR FIRM are made up firms used to show my work. Any figures on the concept build are illustrative, not real project data. Reference photos are labelled as such and aren’t my clients’ projects.

Content on this site

The design, words and code on this site are mine. You’re welcome to link to it; please don’t copy it.

Liability

I keep this site accurate and working, but I can’t guarantee it will always be available or error free. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
